The planner uses the browser time-zone database through the Internationalization API to convert one meeting instant into local times for each selected city. Because offsets can change with daylight-saving rules, the date is part of the calculation.

Working-hour overlap

For each selected location, the planner compares the local meeting time with the working-hours interval you enter. The result identifies locations that fit the reference 09:00–17:00 window.

Source and limitations

Time-zone identifiers and daylight-saving transitions are provided by the browser runtime using the IANA time-zone database. Always confirm unusual historical or future dates when a calendar event has legal, payroll, or travel consequences.
