Formula & methodology
Formula: Sleeps = next birthday date − today (in nights)
- Enter your birthday (any year — the year sets the age you'll turn).
- The calculator finds the next occurrence of that month and day.
- It counts the nights between tonight and that morning — the "sleeps".
Worked example: today 10 Jun 2026, birthday 15 Sep → next birthday Tue 15 Sep 2026, 97 sleeps (13 weeks 6 nights).
