We try to answer every email within two business days (Monday–Friday). Complex technical issues may take a little longer because we usually want to reproduce them first.

What you can contact us about

  • Bug reports. A number looks wrong? A page is broken on mobile? Tell us the tool slug (the URL after the last /) and what you typed.
  • Tool requests. Want a calculator we haven’t built yet? Pitch it. We add a handful of reader-requested tools every month.
  • Editorial corrections. Spotted a formula or methodology error? Send us the citation and we’ll re-review the tool within 14 days.
  • Privacy or data requests. Use the subject line “Privacy request” and we’ll respond within the 30-day window described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Press & partnerships. Working on a story, podcast, or comparison piece? Use the subject line “Press” for a faster reply.
  • Advertising inquiries. CalcaTools is a Google AdSense publisher (publisher ID pub-7492569053967072). For direct partnerships, write “Advertising”.
