1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this site, and you must be old enough under the law of your country to consent to the processing of your personal information described in our Privacy Policy. Some calculators (financial, health) are designed for adults and assume an adult user.
2. Licence to use the site
CalcaTools grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the site and its calculators for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- copy, scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the calculators, formulas, methodology sections, or editorial copy;
- reverse-engineer or attempt to reuse our JavaScript calculator logic in another product without written permission;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice;
- use the site in any way that could damage or impair its operation, or interfere with other users’ access.

3. Calculator accuracy disclaimer
The calculators on CalcaTools implement published formulas (WHO, IRS, NIST, ACSM, NHTSA, AIPRD, AMSI, and similar bodies). We make a reasonable effort to keep them accurate and current, but:
- they are estimates, not authoritative determinations;
- they may not capture every regional rule, edge case, fee, exception, or personal circumstance;
- rounding, currency, and time-zone differences can cause small variations between our results and your own bank, doctor, or accountant.
Any action you take based on a CalcaTools result is at your sole risk. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from reliance on our calculators. See the full Disclaimer.
4. No professional advice
Our tools are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional:
- Financial / tax / investment decisions — consult a licensed financial advisor, mortgage broker, or CPA.
- Medical / health decisions — consult a physician, dietitian, or qualified clinician.
- Legal decisions — consult an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.
- Religious rulings — consult a qualified scholar in your tradition. Our Islamic and Hindu calculators implement the most widely cited methods, but local religious authorities may follow different schools.
5. Third-party content and links
We display advertisements through Google AdSense and may link to third-party sources, papers, and official references. We do not control, endorse, or warrant the accuracy of content on third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy or business practices.
6. User-submitted content
We do not currently host user accounts, comments, or user-generated content. If you submit a tool request, bug report, or correction by email, you grant us permission to use that suggestion in product improvements without further attribution or compensation.
7. Intellectual property
All site design, editorial content, methodology write-ups, FAQs, and original tool descriptions are the property of CalcaTools / Aranimus Tech Solutions and are protected by copyright. Tool logic that implements public-domain formulas is provided as an educational implementation; the published formulas themselves remain in their original public-domain or licensed status.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalcaTools and Aranimus Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your use or inability to use the site or its calculators, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CalcaTools and Aranimus Tech Solutions from any claim arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Modifications to the service
We reserve the right to add, change, suspend, or remove any calculator, page, or feature at any time without notice. We aim to give early notice of breaking changes to permalinks via our sitemap and standard 301 redirects.
11. Termination
We may, at our sole discretion, restrict your access to the site if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aranimus Tech Solutions is registered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
