Formula & methodology
Formula: Total = flights×season + rooms×nights×season + visa + ground + spending, × pilgrims
- Choose origin country, hotel tier, trip length, season and pilgrim count.
- Flights are priced by origin and multiplied by the season factor; hotels by tier × nights (twin sharing).
- Saudi e-visa, ground transport/meals and spending money complete the total.
Worked example: 1 UK pilgrim, 10 days standard 4-star, off-peak → ≈ $2,770 ($700 flights + $1,350 hotel + $120 visa + $300 ground + $300 spending). The same trip in late Ramadan roughly doubles.
