Formula: Liters = (lb × 0.45359237 kg) ÷ density (kg/L)

Depends entirely on the substance — a liter of water is 1,000 g by definition (at 4°C), but a liter of milk is about 1,030 g, cooking oil about 920 g, honey roughly 1,420 g, and gasoline near 750 g. Multiply liters × density (g/mL) × 1000. Any converter promising one universal liters-to-grams number is quietly assuming water.
