Interpretation guide
| Fact | Truth |
|---|---|
| Scientific validity | None — pure entertainment |
| Deterministic | Same names always score the same |
| Order matters? | No — Alice+Bob = Bob+Alice |
Formula & methodology
Formula: Score = (Σ char codes of both names mod 51) + 50 → always 50–100%
- Enter two names.
- The letters’ character codes are summed and mapped to a 50–100% score — deterministic, so the same pair always gets the same number.
Worked example: Alice + Bob scores 51% every single time — the algorithm is honest about being a parlour game, not a matchmaking service.
